The Wood Hill Gallery strives to provide a personal level of customer service so the client is confident upon making a purchase. We entertain all questions and provide accurate answers to the best of our ability. For this reason, we do not accept returns on in-store purchases.
The Wood Hill Gallery will accept returns of online orders of original art that has not been customized in any way. The artwork is shipped and insured for its purchased price. Any damage must be reported with 48 hours of delivery. Artwork is shipped within 14 days and customers are provided with tracking information as soon as it is available. Any returns require that the gallery is notified within 3 days and the work is packaged, shipped, insured and returned to the gallery at the client’s expense plus a 5% restocking fee.
Photography, prints and limited edition prints are not returnable.
We are happy to provide addition images or video of any artwork before purchasing. Please contact us with any additional questions regarding shipping or returns.
On almost all items we use flat rate shipping based on price for orders in the United States. (Some items may vary)

Items $99 and under: $10 shipping fee
Items $100-$249: $25 shipping fee
Items $250-$499: $45 shipping fee
Items $500-$999: $60 shipping fee
Items $1000-$2499: $100 shipping fee
Items $2500-$4999: $125 shipping fee
$5000 and above: $200 shipping fee
